All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with a liftgate (LTL freight). The driver will deliver to your curb only. Our shop policy is we do not except returns, exchanges or cancellations. In the rare event of damage, we will either send replacement parts or a replacement item once we determine the extent of the damage. LTL freight does not work like parcel service, refusing the item does not return the product to us and could incur additional fees.

Dimensions: The length will be the same as dimension purchased L x 30″ D x 42″ H Due to shipping requirements an 8 foot product will actual be 94″ in length. All sizes are nominal and products may vary slightly due to fluctuations in wood sizes.

The upper tier is 30″ W x 42” H and the ADA drop is 30” W, 36” H and 36” wide.
