All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with a liftgate (LTL freight). The driver will deliver to your curb only. Our shop policy is we do not except returns, exchanges or cancellations. LTL freight does not work like parcel service, refusing the item does not return the product to us and could incur additional fees.

It has the rustic look I wanted. We stained it a weathered grey for a nautical themed room. It shipped on time and was delivered in great shape. He even gave me some tips on what stains to try.

This is a great bar and I love it. I just think I should of went with the 8 foot but this is a great product shipping was awesome. Great customer service. I am telling all my friend that are looking for a bar. Thank you again.
