All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with a liftgate (LTL freight). The driver will deliver to your curb only. Our shop policy is we do not except returns, exchanges or cancellations. LTL freight does not work like parcel service, refusing the item does not return the product to us and could incur additional fees.
The Thomas Planktop Wood Finished – Rustic style bar is made in the USA! This beautiful piece is handmade at time order with real wood for long-lasting durability. In addition, the Thomas Planktop Wood Finished design fits well with contemporary, rustic, pallet, shabby chic or industrial themes.
We build the Thomas Planktop Wood Finished by hand to order. And we use real pressure treated lumber to mimic the rustic barnwood style, pallet style look so yours may vary slightly in color and texture. Photos contain products we have built and may feature none, some or all addons. Custom sizes may be available upon request.
Also, the Thomas Planktop Wood Finished – Rustic style bar is available in 3x 6 x 3, 3 x 7 x 3 and 3 x 8 x 3 foot size and multiple finishes.

Dimensions: The length will be the same as dimension purchased L x 36″ D x 42″ H Due to shipping requirements an 8 foot product will actual be 94″ in length. All sizes are nominal and products may vary slightly due to fluctuations in wood sizes.
The upper tier is 18″ W x 42” H and the bottom tier is 22”W x 32”H.
Assembly: Fully assembled, requires minimum 36″ door opening.
Shipping: Our items are shipped via LTL freight (semi-truck w/ liftgate) to your curb. You will be responsible for getting the desk from your curb to its final destination.

The shipping company was a nightmare. Item was over a week late and they tried making me meet the driver to pick it up because he “couldn’t make it up the mountain.” Paid 500 dollars to have it shipped to my business. And they wanted to go back and forth with me about it. Thankfully they ended up delivering.

I made the decision to order this bar after a year+ of vacillating on this purchase given the price and the freight cost to California from Florida. When we had parties, I rented one. Rental pricing went up this year and it just didn't make sense anymore. Amazingly, the bar arrived in one piece, exactly as pictured. There are a few smudges that may be due to the "varnish" finishing and perhaps not completely dry when it was packed for shipment. I am very, very happy with my purchase and my husband loves the rustic feel of it. Marc and Renee were patient and kind and answered a slew of questions from me over a 3-week period before I finally settled on style and color. Highly recommend them!
