All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with a liftgate (LTL freight). The driver will deliver to your curb only. Our shop policy is we do not except returns, exchanges or cancellations. LTL freight does not work like parcel service, refusing the item does not return the product to us and could incur additional fees.

And we use new pine whitewood lumber to mimic the rustic barnwood style, pallet style look so yours may vary slightly in color and texture. Photos contain products we have built and may feature none, some or all addons. Custom sizes may be available upon request.
