Terrible customer experience. We ordered a bar from foo bars. The bar came to my home damaged. When we noticed the damage we instructed the shipper to take the bar back. We called foo bars and they asked us to accept the damaged bar against our better judgement. We did that because we trusted them to make the situation right. They did not. They shipped us replacement parts and offered us $50 to fix it on our own. The owners were snarky and treated us like garbage. Do not buy from them. We are filing a complaint with Etsy also. They mislead us in taking a damaged product and then asked us to fix their problem. What kind of company does that?
