All items are shipped on a pallet via semi-truck with a liftgate (LTL freight). The driver will deliver to your curb only. Our shop policy is we do not except returns, exchanges or cancellations. LTL freight does not work like parcel service, refusing the item does not return the product to us and could incur additional fees.

In addition, the Thomas Planktop L Wood Finished design fits well with contemporary, rustic, pallet, shabby chic or industrial themes.
We build the Thomas Planktop L Wood Finished by hand to order. And we use new pine whitewood lumber to mimic the rustic barnwood style, pallet style look so yours may vary slightly in color and texture. Photos contain products we have built and may feature none, some or all addons. Custom sizes may be available upon request.
Also, the Thomas Planktop L Wood Finished - Rustic style w/ deluxe angled corner bar is available in 6 x 3, 7 x 3 and 8 x 3 foot size and is available in multiple finishes.

Dimensions: The length will be the same as dimension purchased L x 36″ D x 42″ H Due to shipping requirements an 8 foot product will actual be 94″ in length. All sizes are nominal and products may vary slightly due to fluctuations in wood sizes.
The upper tier is 18″ W x 42” H and the bottom tier is 22”W x 32”H.
Assembly: Fully assembled, requires minimum 36″ door opening.
Shipping: Our items are shipped via LTL freight (semi-truck w/ liftgate) to your curb. You will be responsible for getting the desk from your curb to its final destination.

Well built, and the seller really helped us out in a pinch. It could have been user error on what I ordered specifcally, but I thought the bar had a floor in the back and the outside would be finished with some sort of poly urethane. Again, I just might not have been specific enough in my requests, because everything I requested was as expected.

My bar came damaged and the driver told me to call the sellers immediately because he could take it back. Long story short this is a small husband and wife business so the customer service was the owner. She was absolutely horrible to deal with, I had her on speaker so my husband and the driver of the freight truck heard every word. The driver even said “I have never heard an owner of a company or customer service speak like that to a customer”. Bottom line product is beautiful but you better hope it comes to you perfect because dealing with customer services at this place is one of the worst experiences I’ve every had….especially after paying over $2,500 for an item.
